FooTrade IT Consultancy works with organisations across Guyana and the Caribbean on systems integration, software development and AI adoption. It is one of the seven divisions in the FooTrade group and works from the group office at 58 David Street, Kitty, Georgetown.
What the team does
Systems integration and infrastructure
Getting the systems you already run to work as one, on infrastructure that stays up. That includes connecting finance, CRM, HR and operational systems so data moves once and moves correctly, integrating payments, messaging, mapping, government and banking interfaces, and network, server and backup design that plans for unreliable power and connectivity.
Software development and digital transformation
Replacing paper, spreadsheets and manual handoffs with software people will actually use. The team builds custom web and mobile applications to a specification, digitises applications, approvals, registers and inspections, and provides training and documentation so the system survives staff turnover.
AI integration and data
Practical AI applied to real workload, with the data foundations to make it trustworthy. Work starts with a readiness assessment: what is worth automating, what is not, and what it will cost. From there it covers workflow automation, document processing, reporting and dashboards, and governance so automated decisions stay accountable.
Three ways to bring us in
- Advisory. Independent assessment before money is committed: current-state review, options appraisal, cost and risk modelling, and a specification you can put out to tender.
- Project delivery. Fixed-scope delivery against an agreed specification, with defined milestones, acceptance criteria and a documented handover.
- Managed service. Ongoing support, monitoring, maintenance and iteration under a service agreement once a system is live.
Engagements are scoped to what you actually need. We will tell you when advisory work is enough and a build is not warranted.
